Refund Policy

At Unflagged, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund process as described below.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to:

  • Your first payment after the free trial period ends
  • Your first payment if you subscribed without a free trial
  • Upgrades to a higher-tier plan (within 7 days of the upgrade payment)

The 7-day period begins on the date the charge appears on your payment method.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to:

Please include the following in your email:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request"
  • Account email: The email address associated with your Unflagged account
  • Reason (optional): While not required, feedback about why the Service did not meet your expectations helps us improve

3. Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Refund Method

All refunds are processed through Stripe and will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not issue refunds via alternative payment methods, store credits, or checks.

5. After the 7-Day Period

After the 7-day money-back guarantee period has expired, refunds are issued on a pro-rated basis at our sole discretion. We may consider refund requests made after the 7-day period in the following circumstances:

  • A significant Service outage that prevented you from using the Service for an extended period
  • A billing error resulting in an incorrect or duplicate charge
  • Other exceptional circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis

6. Free Trial

Unflagged offers a 7-day free trial on your first paid subscription. During the trial period, you will not be charged. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial through your account settings, and no payment will be collected.

If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged. The 7-day money-back guarantee described in Section 1 then applies to that first payment.

7. Account Status After Refund

Upon processing a refund, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. You will retain access to your account and any data associated with it, but paid features will no longer be available. Your scan history will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.
